Application
HBS-300 antistatic agent is a granule product that is very suitable to machining. The granule is similar to plastic granule, so it is very suitable to injection or extrusion while mixed with plastic granule.
Compared with powder antistatic agent, the HBS-300 antistatic agent is more environmental friendly, and it is propitious to improve the production efficiency. The input ratio is lower than other products.
The norm input ratio is 0.1-1.5%. The indication addition level in PP is 0.5-1.0%, and in PE is 0.2-0.5%. The addition level should be adjusted by customer’s practical situation.
Advantages in machining:
1. HBS-300 is a granule product, no dust so it’s very suitable to input, it also has advantage to protect the produce environment.
2. Compared with powder product, it doesn’t bring cross linking and adhesion.
